cleared the horizon is the trail of exhaust left by the SRBs. it can stay in the sky for an hour or more after a launch, depending on how windy it is that day. this trail was made even more interesting because it was particularly windy, and because of the approaching sunrise. have a look.    you can see the pink area moving further down the trail as the sun rises.    |
